How we Work Together
Initial Phone Consultation
We begin with a phone call to discuss your basement renovation goals, budget, and provide an overview of our process.
Complimentary In-Home Visit
Owner and designer Shlomi Oknin meets you at your home to review the space, understand your vision, and brainstorm ideas by showing photos of previous projects.
Detailed Proposal
After understanding your needs and vision, Shlomi provides a professional and detailed proposal outlining the project scope, designs, materials, and payment schedule.
Contract Signing & Deposit
Once you approve the proposal, we’ll sign a contract to officially kick off the project. A deposit is also collected at this stage.
Pre-Construction Prep
As a boutique company taking only 2-3 projects at a time, you’ll receive Shlomi’s dedicated attention. He’ll partner with you to create final designs, select materials with you and secure permits, so you don’t have to.
Professional Construction
Our crew will treat your home with care! They have been with Bella for 12+ years and provide outstanding craftsmanship. Shlomi manages the entire project and provides detailed updates every day.
Final Walkthrough
Before completing, you’ll inspect the project with Shlomi. We ensure every detail meets your satisfaction before considering the job done.
