From the very beginning, our basement renovation was anything but straightforward — a complex project filled with logistical hurdles and technical challenges. We had to reroute existing plumbing, adjust HVAC ductwork, install an entirely new HVAC system, and update all electrical. On top of that, we wanted to renovate two bathrooms and add a kitchenette. It was a tall order, and we knew we needed someone with not only the expertise but the creativity and mindset to make it all come together

Instead, Shlome came up with a brilliant solution: stunning tray ceilings that not only cleverly masked necessary ductwork and structural elements but also added architectural interest and elegance to the space. It’s one of our favorite features now — a true testament to his creativity and eye for design.
