Yes, our initial design consultation is completely free of charge. We start with a phone call where Shlomi will walk you through the company, his process, and the timeline. Next he will schedule an in-home visit. Shlomi will listen to what you want in your finished space, like a gym, a kitchen or an amazing movie theater. He will show you pictures of other customer projects as he walks the space with you so you can truly visualize what is possible for your home. He will take measurements and pictures and use all this information to create a professional, clear proposal that includes project scope, designs, materials, and payment schedule.
Typically, projects take between 6-8 weeks, depending on the complexity, from Onsite Start Date to Final Walkthrough. Our customers rave about the accuracy of our schedules and how Shlomi will work with you to adjust for important events like Holidays and visits from the parents!
All cabinets are solid pine and feature soft close. All lumber and trim is Select 1 rated. All flooring is selected based on durability and beauty. Shlomi will partner with you to bring your design to life and go with you to our vendors to select your tile, cabinets, countertops, and flooring. He makes the process simple and enjoyable!

We handle it all with a Turnkey approach. We provide the drawings, obtain the permits, and schedule the inspections. Shlomi, the Owner, personally is present at each inspection to walk them through the project and answer all their questions. This ensures that any details the inspectors want are quickly resolved with minimal impact to the project timeline.
Shlomi is the GC, designer, and project manager. He will visit your site daily to check on the crews and talk with you to answer questions and ensure you are happy with the progress. He provides daily phone calls and texts so you always know who will be in your home, when they will arrive and what to expect.
